Tower Of Tomorrow

This is another study model for the library. It was done in Rhino to make the curves in order to create an abstract shape and 3D max for the beehive patterns to relate the building with my concept.

  1. See how the window shapes are starting to differentiate in these studies? I would like to see you manipulate those differentiations to relate to what is going on inside the building. Think of the scale of the opening in terms of human scale. Try to think "how can I control this skin to get me even more?" These are good. Push it further. Also, try to control the building form so that it also "gets you somewhere."

Also, some comments about this structure you have posted. It appears that there was a step taken between the initial beehive concept board and the twisted stretching massing model posted. Could you please explain this step.

Finally, look at the long site and how this shape relates to the site. It will need to be revisited and how it engages with the site (ground plane).
